Forms of Payment
be-jewel accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). Checks, Cash and Gift Certificates are accepted in-store only.
Sales Tax
Tax will only be added where applicable, Texas (8.25%).
Purchasing
be-jewel accepts online orders customers in the Continental U.S. only. For international orders, please call us at 713.526.3561 or send an email to
info@be-jewel.com.
You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address when you place your order to receive your order confirmation.
Shipping
We aim to fulfill orders within three (3) business days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.
be-jewel’s online store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
We offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for orders placed by 12 PM CST, Monday – Friday. For overnight or express shipping, please call us at 713.526.3561 or send an email to info@be-jewel.com during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.be-jewel.com, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Eyewear, jewelry and any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. be-jewel is not responsible for any jewelry repair. Enjoy and wear with care.
Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.

Privacy Policy
be-jewel respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. be-jewel does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile without your consent. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information.
