We try our best to keep the website as up-to-date as possible but some items may b Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled simultaneously. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 48 hours. In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping to U.S. Customers

Items ship within 2 business day.  The general rates are as follows. At this time, we only offer ground shipping for a flat $15 fee and items will arrive within 3-7 business days

All deliveries must be to a street address, not a post office box. You will be contacted by e-mail with a UPS tracking number when your order leaves our store and can track your package at the UPS website.

Shipping to Customers Outside the U.S.

Out of Stock Items

Due to items being sold simultaneously in our Houston store, we cannot guarantee all items are in stock.  We will contact you within 1 business day if we are unable to complete your order.


If you are not completely happy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less the total shipping costs.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

1. All merchandise must be returned (postmarked) within 15 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in its original, new condition with all tickets attached.
3. Sale items are returned for store credit only.

Returning your item

Complete the return section on the packing slip and include it with your merchandise. For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid United Parcel Service (UPS) return label with your packing slip. Simply complete your name and address and affix the return label to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

Your return package can be dropped off at any UPS collection location, or given to your UPS carrier. Original shipping costs and a return shipping fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your return.

If you choose to use a different return method or you no longer have the pre-paid label, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise in order to protect yourself from loss.

Exchanging your item

If you decide to return your item(s) in exchange for additional merchandise, you will receive a store credit for the full amount, including shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed following receipt of returned merchandise. Store credits are redeemable at any time.
